Pasta with Feta and Greens

Ingredients
Spray Vegetable oil4 cups Chopped Onion7 - 8 cups chopped Kale14.5 oz Barilla Plus Rotini3/4 lb feta, crumbled8 Tbl parmesansalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put water on to boil for pasta.
Spray Olive oil in a large pot; Heat;
add onions and cook until they are translucent (about 10 minutes);
add chopped kale to the onions with some salt; Stir until they begin to wilt (1 - 2 minutes).
Cover pot, put heat to medium-low and cook 10 - 15 minutes.
Cook Pasta until al dente
Drain pasta and add to greens mixture;
Stir in Feta
Serve with 1 tablespoon of parmesan per serving.
Makes 10 1-1/4 cup servings (not packed)
