Ingredients
1 cup Old fashioned oatmeal cooked1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour1 tbsp baking powder2 large Eggs2 Egg whites1/2 cup Sucralose (like Splenda)
Directions
Prepare oatmeal - mix all ingredients and cook on lightly sprayed griddle or pan. Flip when edges start to dry and cake becomes bubbly.

Makes about 6 7-8" cakes
