2 Tbsp Canola Oil3 lg. Chicken breast halves1 can ( 10.5 oz) 98% fat free Cream of Chicken soup1/4 cup water2 tsp lemon juice1/2 tsp garlic powder
Cut Chicken up into small pieces for easier cooking,
Heat oil in large skillet. add chicken and brown on both sides...approx. 10 mins. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Stir soup, water, lemon juice and garlic into skillet. Cook to boiling. Stir...cook 5 mins, add chicken back into the sauce and cook until chicken is cooked through. Serve with rice, pasta or potatoes.
