Ingredients
Ingredients:Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz (browned)*wyler's beef bouillion, 2.5 tsp chobani greek yogurt, plain, 6 oz Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup, 1/2 can Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
Directions
Brown hamburger, saute onions and carrots to soften, add all ingredients and simmer. May garnish with fresh shredded parmesan cheese or a dollop of reduced fat sour cream.
Makes approx. 8 cups of soup.
