Shrimp and asparagus stir fry

2 T Calola oil1 lb shrimp1 pkg (16 oz) Asparagus stir fry 1/4 C. chopped onion1 tsp. sesame oil1T. corn starch2 T. soy sauce1.5 C. chicken stockred pepper to tastecooked brown rice for 4 servings
Heat canola in skillet or wok. Stir in shrimp. about 2 min. later, add in veggies and continue stir frying. In the mean time prepare rice (I like either the Minute rice brown or the Success boil in a bag brown-if using regular or brown rice adjust starting time accordingly). Mix cornstarch with soy sauce and stir in additional stock. Add to pan and stir in remainder of stock. (You can adjust this to suit yor preferen es with more or less sauce or thickness.)Stir in sesame oil and pepper flakes. Serve over rice - 4 servings
