Delicious Vegan Chili

You will need:1 tbsp Olive Oil6-8 Cloves of Garlic, chopped2 Ripe tomatoes, Cubed1 Package of Gimme Lean "ground beef style" protein1 can of organic Pinto Beans1 tbsp of Ketchup1tbs of Chili Powder1 tbsp of Onion Powder4 tbsp of Nutritional Yeast1 Cup of veggie broth
Turn stove on medium high and heat olive oil in a medium pot. Once the oil is hot, add chopped garlic and tomatoes and cook together for about 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, crumble the GimmeLean, then add to the pot. Mix well. Add all seasonings and stir for 5 minutes.
Finally, add Pinto beans and broth. Let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Serve with Sriracha chili salsa and/or Pace if you're a spice-love like me!
