40skinny's Natural Magic Brownies

Ingredients
15 oz reduced sodium black beans1 C mashed cooked sweet potato (bake ahead of time approx 45 min at 375)1 C mashed banana1/4 C raw sugar1/2 C oats, ground finely in food processor1/3 C cocoa1 t vanilla
Directions
Place 1/2 oats in food processor until they are finely ground, add cocoa. Remove from processor and set aside. Lightly oil 8x8 baking pan and use about 1T of oats and cocoa to coat the pan.
Place remaning ingredients in food processor until smooth and well combined. Add oats and cocoa mixture.
Spread gently into prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 min until toothpick comes out almost clean.
Cool for a few minutes then turn out onto baking rack to finish cooling. Cut into 16 squares.
Damn these are good!!
