Peach Sauce

Ingredients
1 Cup Peach Jam2 Tbs. Lime Juice1 Tbs. Soy Sauce1/4 tsp. cayenne Pepper (or to taste)1/8th tsp. Ground Ginger
Directions
Combine ingredients in sauce pan and bring to slow boil. Stir to keep from burning. Turn burner off and let cool 10 minutes befiore serving. Use sparingly.

Make this sauce heathier by using low or no sugar jam and low sodium soy sauce.
