1 Apple, slicedCinnamonSugar or a sugar substitute
Directions
Slice a green apple, with skin. Place the slices into a bowl with about a tablespoon of water, the sweetener, and the cinnamon. Pop the slices into the microwave for about 2.5 minutes, or until soft.
