Sherry Shallot Vinaigrette

Ingredients
2 tbsp thinly slice shallots2 tbsp Sherry Vinegar2 tbsp Parsley1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Slice the shallots and add the vinegar. Let sit at least 15 minutes up to 2 hours.

add the rest of ingredients let sit at least another 15 minutes. Really great over cucumber with fresh dill.
