Light Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup 1% cottage cheese1 cup skim milk2/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheesePinch saltPinch pepper
Directions
In a food processor or blender, process cottage cheese, milk, Parmesan, salt and pepper until smooth and creamy.

Over low heat, toss cooked pasta with cottage cheese mixture, stirring gently, until pasta is uniformly coated and hot.
