Banana Oatmeal Parfait

Ingredients
1 cup of water1/2 cup of oats1 sm or med banana1 1/2 Tbs natural peanut butter1 Tbs honey1/2 cup of plain yogurt
Directions
Boil the water, then add the oats, cook on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes or until most the water is absorbed.
Meanwhile, you can soften your banana if you like by putting it in the microwave or oven.
Remove the oats from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
Spoon into a serving bowl. Chop up the banana and add to the oatmeal. (The banana doesnt have to be chopped into that small of pieces).
Add the yogurt to the top of the oatmeal and banana. Top with honey and peanut butter.
Enjoy.
