20 oz undrained can of Dole Pineapple Chunks1 banana1 cup low fat milk or orange juice**1/8 tsp of cinnamon optional
Directions
Combine one 20 oz undrained can of Dole Pineapple Chunks, one banana and 1 cup low-fat milk or orange juice.

Blend until smooth

For added flavor add 1/8 tsp. of cinnamon
