Ingredients
4 bell peppers1 1/2 pound lean ground beef1 package sloppy joe seasoning mix1 cup tomato sauce
Directions
In nonstick skillen brown meat. Drain off remaining fat from pan. Add sloppy joe mix and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Fill peppers with meat mixture and place in a baking pan. Pour 1/8 inch water in baking pan around bell peppers. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

    Sodium content is way too high for diabetics. This is like a full days sodium limit for diabetics who are on insulin. Diabetics need to watch for sodium as well as carbs to stay off dialysis. Not to mention heart disease! - 12/2/19
