Barb's ginger lime fruit salad

Ingredients
3 cups of diced cantaloupe3 cups blueberries3 cups strawberries halved 3 cups fresh pineapple or canned no sugar added chunks 3 oz crystallize ginger , diced small1/4 cup of lime juice 1/4 cup of orange juice 6 Tablespoons of honey Mix the 3 oz crystallize ginger , lime juice, cup of orange juice and honey together in a small bowl until thoroughly mixed. Pour over the prepared fruit and stir gently. Best if allowed to chill at least tow hours before serving. Left overs keep up to week in the refrigerator.
