Tuna Artichoke Salad

Ingredients
1 Can chunk light tuna in water, drained1 can white albacore tuna in water, drained1 can artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped2 ribs celery, diced1/2 medium or 1 small red onion, diced1/2 cup (a couple of palms full) of pitted kalamata olives in brine, choppeda handful chopped flat leaf parsley (3 T. after it's chopped)zest of 1 lemonjuice of 1 lemon1/2 C. extra virgin olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix tuna and remaining ingredients to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
