Lasagna

Ingredients
1 box Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles2 cans Hunt's Garlic & Herb Spaghetti Sauce1 lb Ground Turkey1 32 oz container Ricotta Cheese1 eggPepperMozzarella Cheese, Cheddar Cheese
Directions
1. Cook noodles according to package.
2. Brown turkey
3. put some sauce on the bottom of the pan
4. Lay down 3 noodles
5. Top with 1 cup sauce (turkey and spaghetti sauce mixed together)
6. Top with 1/3 of the ricotta mixture (Ricotta + egg + pepper)
7. Sprinkle with a handful of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
8. Repeat 2 more times
9. Lay down last 3 noodles
10. Top with remaining sauce
11. cook in over 35 minutes at 350
12. Top with handful mozzarella and cheddar
13. Cook an additional 15 minutes

makes 12 servings!
