    I don't have a scoop, and was only making 1 serving, so I used a TBSP of protein powder. Don't know if I put too much in or what, but this came out great and then after a few minutes was VERY thick. The recipe is yummy but be very careful how much protein powder you put in and maybe use some ice - 2/15/15
