Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 Can Pink Salmon (fish), 14.5 oz with skin and bones2 Egg white1/2 small Onion diced1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Directions
Drain salmon and mash it using your hands. I prefer to remove the skin and bones but you do not have to. Combine salmon, egg whites, onion and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Shape into 4 patties and place in skillet sprayed lightly with Pam. Cook on medium heat approximately 5 minutes each side.

Serve with salad and side of fresh grilled vegetables for a tasty meal. My dad loves these and they are so filling.
