Ingredients
2 bags of Dole Classic Coleslaw3 Granny smith apples 3/4 cup Maple Grove Farms fat free Poppyseed dressing2 Tb apple cider vinegar2 Tb lemon juice
Directions
Makes a nice BIG salad for up to 12 people to have a generous scoop or two.

Peel and 2 of your apples. Just core the third.
Shred the 2 peeled apples into the slaw mix.
Chop the unpeeled apple into nice bite-size chunks
Toss with vinegar, lemon juice, and dressing.
