Power Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup quick oats3 egg whites1 tsp cinnamon1 tbsp splenda1/2 cup water (to cook oats)
Directions
Cook oats in water for 1.5 minutes in microwave.

Mix the uncooked egg whites, splenda and cinnamon into the cooked oatmeal. If you wish, at this point you could also throw in a handful of frozen blueberries. (Not included in nutritional information above.)

Spray a frying pan with cooking spray and pour pancakes to the desired size. Cook on each side until it's flippable - when golden brown they're done!
