Green Bean & Pumkin Curry

500g pumpkin, in large chunks500g green beans, cut into 5cm pieces1/4 cup green curry paste400ml coconut cream
1/ Heat your wok or large frying pan.
2/ Add green curry paste and stir for minute or so until fragrant.
3/ Add pumpkin and stir for a few minutes.
4/ Add beans and stir through.
5/ Add coconut milk and stir through.
6/ Simmer until pumpkin and beans are cooked.
7/ Serve on your favourite rice.
Makes 6 equal servings.
