Ingredients
400 grams chicken breast, cubed1 tablespoon olive oil350 grams marinara-ricotta sauce50 grams dried porchini mushrooms, soaked400 grams pasta, cookedbasil, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Fry chicken breast and cube
Cook pasta till al dente
Add porchini mushrooms and chicken cubes
Add marinara -ricotta sauce
Add some fresh basil, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm.
