Low Fat Jello Cake

1 Betty Crocker Super Moist Vanilla Cake Mix1 1/4 cup water3 large eggs1/3 cup unsweetened applesaucesugar free low-calorie gelatin dessert (any flavor)1 - 8 oz fat free whipped topping
Prepare cake mix in a 9x13 cake pan according to directions substituting the oil with unsweetened applesauce. Cool completely.
Using end of a wooden spoon, press holes in top of cake 3/4 way down, making holes 1 to 2 inches apart (depending on how much jello you want through out cake).
Prepare gelatin dessert according to quick set directions. Poor into holes as evenly as possible. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Spread whipped topping on top of set jello cake evenly, like frosting. Keep cake refrigerated.
Cut into 18 pieces. 1 piece per serving.
