Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

1 pint Strawberries1/2 cup Blueberries1/2 raspberries3 Kiwi fruit3 peaches2 Small Granny Smith Apples3 Tablespoon preserves (any kind)3 Tablespoon Honey
Cut up the strawberries, peaches, apple, and Kiwi into small dice, leave the blueberries and raspberries whole. Add preserves and honey, mix well. Let the fruit masirate for approx. 30 minutes before serving, to let all the flavors combine. Serve with cinnamon crisps. Recipe below:
Cinnamon Crisps
1 package of 10 inch Tortillas, cut into wedges (chip size)
1 cup sugar
1 - 2 Teaspoons of Cinnamon
Cooking Spray
Place tortillas on a baking sheet, spray lightly with cooking spray, sprinkle sugar mixture over the tortillas and lightly spray again. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approx. 13 minutes, until golden brown.
