Haller French Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup white flour6 TBS powdered sugar1 cup milk2 eggs
Directions
Stir together flour and sugar. Add milk and mix til smooth. Beat in eggs. Heat butter in cast iron or nonstick skillet and ladle in enough batter to spread into a large crepe. Cook, flip and take out when golden. Continue with the rest of batter, adding butter to pan when necessary to prevent sticking.
