Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients
12 Jalapeno peppers12 slices of bacon2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)1, 8oz block low fat cream cheese24 toothpicks
Directions
Cut peppers in half and strip seeds and membranes. Cut chicken into 24 bite size pieces. Cut 12 bacon slices in half. Spread cream cheese into each pepper. Place a piece of chicken onto each pepper, wrap with 1/2 slice of bacon and secure with toothpick. Place on grill on low heat (top rack works best) and grill until chicken is cooked through.
