Rice Lentil Casserole

Ingredients
1.5 cup minute rice dry, cook according to package directions1.5 cup dry lentils (cook in 4 cups water for 30 min, drain)2 tbsp olive oil1 onion chopped1 green pepper, chopped1 tsp minced garlic1 6oz can tomato paste1 tsp garlic powder1tsp sage1 tsp marjoram1 tomato, diced.5 cup sliced carrots2 cups shredded swiss cheese
Directions
Cook Lentils, drain and mash. Cook minute rice. Saute onions, green pepper, carrots and garlic with olive oil until soft. Mix all ingredients together except swiss cheese, and add to greased baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake for 30 min at 350 F.
