Cowboy Caviar With Mango

Ingredients
2 (15oz) cans black beans, rinsed1 (17 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained2 large tomatoes, chopped1 large avocado, diced1/2 red onion, chopped1 Serrano pepper, diced1 mango, dicedDressing1 Tbsp red wine vinegar3-4 Tbsp lime juice2 Tbsp olive oil1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in bowl.
2. Cover and chill.
3. Garnish with avocado or mango slices
4. Serve with tortilla chips.
