Ingredients
Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)Canned Tomatoes, 2 can (remove)Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, grated (remove)Grapes, 1 cup, seedless chopped(remove)Onions, raw, 1 large chopped (remove)Garlic, 5 cloves chopped (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)Chili powder, 2 tbsp (remove)Jalapeno Peppers, .5 pepper chopped (remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp (remove)Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels (remove)
Directions
Put all ingredients in pressure cooker and cook for 45 minutes. Check for doneness and add salt and pepper to taste. Makes about 11 1-cup servings
