Ingredients
3 egg whites, 1/4C steamed spinach, 1oz feta, 2T sauteed red onion, 1/2C sliced tomato.
Directions
Seperate 3 egg whites and heat in pan. Top with all ingredients except tomato and fold in half. Serve with tomato on the side with salt and pepper to taste.
