Gluten Free Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1 3/4 cups all-purpose gluten free flour1 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. salt1/2 cup margarine, soft1 1/4 cups sugar2 large eggs1/4 cup sour cream3 medium bananas, mashed
Directions
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In another bowl, beat with electric mixer, eggs. Add sugar and mix, add margarine and mix, add sour cream and bananas and mix.

Combine liquid mixture to dry mixture and blend. Add walnuts.

Bake at 400 degrees F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 12 muffins.
