Spicy Thai Peanut Chicken

Ingredients
1- box A Taste of Thai - Pad Thai Noodles1-Box A Taste of Thai - Peanut Noodles10 tbsp Peanut Butter (smooth or crunchy)1/3 cup Honey1- 8oz can Sliced Water Chestnuts (optional)1 tsp or to your taste of Red PepperPaprika
Directions
I usually get the "A Taste of Thai" Quick meal 5.75 oz packages shaped like the take home chinese boxes. It was those that I used for determining calories. However, any Pad Thai Noodle and Peanut Noodle should work.

Remove noodles from containers, add to one contain and cook for 3 - 4 minutes or tender in box in microwave. .

Add ingredients into a large pan - drain off 90% extra water in chicken and water chestnuts
Mix all other ingredients in a pan (be careful as it burns easily).


Add Paprika and Red Pepper to your own taste.

Once noodles are cooked add, mix it all together and serve.

This makes about 6 cups.
