Ingredients
1 small red onion, diced3 cups frozen corn, thawed1 jalapeno, deseeded and diced1 green pepper diced1 can Black Beans, rinsed1 tomato, dicedcilantro
Directions
Combine onion, corn, jalapeno, green pepper, beans and cook over med heat until soft. Add tomato and cilantro.
