Ingredients
Oats, .5 cup Dannon All Natural, Plain Nonfat Yogurt, 4 oz (remove)Milk, 2%, .5 cup *Chia Seed, .33 tbsp
Directions
Mix all ingredients together the night before the meal. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from fridge, add toppings of choice (peanutbutter, chocolate chips, coconut, vanilla, cinnamon, etc) Makes 1-1/2 one cup servings

    I loved this idea! I made mine with .5 C. whole grain old fashioned oats,.5 Fage 0% plain Greek yogurt and .5 C. plain Almond milk. in the morning I put about >5 Cup in a lidded bowl and took to work. I topped with craisins & pecans when I was ready to eat it. It is easy, filling & yummy - 4/29/14
