    I've tried other jicama browns recipes. I especially like the addition of bell pepper. I didn't have a scallion, so I use green onion instead. Also a great addition. - 3/7/13

    Think this would easily be KETO friendly just by skipping the Spray oil and using real ghee or coconut oil, avocado oil, or butter. That's what I am gonna try!! - 3/21/17
