1 tbsp Butter2 cups White Rice, long grain, cooked1 can Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added, crushed1 cup Onions, raw, chopped 1 can sliced Black Olives3 tbsp Chili powder1 cup Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican, shredded
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and brown slightly. Add rice. Mix in tomatoes, olives and chili powder. Cook over medium heat until all juices are absorbed. Sprinkle cheese over hot Mexi-Rice Makes 5 servings. Serve as a side to any Mexican dish.
