Ingredients
Ground Chicken, Peppers, Onions, Peanuts, Ginger serve with cabbage leaf wedges and fresh lime juice.
Directions
Saute ground chicken in olive oil, add 1 tsp chili paste, fish sauce, onions, peppers and fresh ginger, slivered, and cook until slightly soft, and not so much to change the color of the peppers. Pile on a platter, top with cilantro, chopped peanuts and lime juice. Serve on large cabbage leaves and eat with hands!
