Greek Salad

Ingredients
1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped.1 bunch green leaf lettuce, chopped.1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced.1 large ripe red tomato, diced.1 medium red onion, diced.Black peppercorns to grind.Oregano leaves to sprinkle.4 oz. low fat feta cheese, crumbled.1/2 cup black olives, pitted and sliced.
Directions
Chop both iceberg and green leaf lettuce and toss together in a large salad bowl. Peel and slice the cucumber, and arrange around edge, layer across the top. Diced the red onion and the tomato, and add in layers. Grind black pepper and sprinkle oregano leaves over the top. Crumble the feta cheese, and slice and spread the black olives over the top.

Chill. Take its picture while it's whole, but toss the salad to mix the flavors before serving!
