Strawberry-Cashew Dressing or Dip

Ingredients
2/3 cup dry roasted salted cashews1/2 pint fresh strawberries, tops removed1/3 cup 1% milk1-2 T. rice wine vinegar (to taste)Stevia powder (to taste)salt (to taste)
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. You can add more milk if desired to thin out the dressing. Makes 6 servings (serving size will vary depending on how thin or thick you like your dressing).
