White Bread, 2 cup, cubes (remove)Wheat bran, crude, 0.2 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 medium (remove)Sweet Cherries, 0.5 cup, without pits (remove)Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
spray a round 8" pan with nonstick cooking spray, arrange bread and press slightly, beat egg, with 3 tbsp of water, yogurt and sugar, you can add vannila extract. arrange cherries on top of the bread, and poor in the egg mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until egg is cooked.
