Banana, fresh, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Pears, fresh, 1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb)*Fruit - Granny Smith Apple (1 medium, 154g), 1 serving*Great Value Apple Juice, 8 oz Parsley bunch (roughly 2 cup), .5 serving Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Nature's Path Organic FlaxPlus Flaxseeds (2 tbsp), 1 serving
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
