1 1/2 lbs. of lean ground turkey thawed1 c. Fresh or frozen chopped spinach 4 oz. Crumbled goat cheese1 dash Italian SeasoningSalt and Pepper to Taste
1. On a non-Stick skillet spray Canola Oil and turn on med-low heat.
2. Combine ingredients and mix well. Then form into patties.
3. Place patties on skillet and let cook slowly until well browned then flip.
4. When patties are cooked though and no pink meat can be found, plate and serve warm.
