Homemade Taco Seasoning

Ingredients
1/3 Cup Instant Minced Onion (dried)1 Tbsp Salt1 Tbsp Curry Powder1 Tbsp Cornstarch1 Tbsp Crushed Dried Red Pepper1 Tbsp Instant Minced Garlic (dried)3 Tbsp Chili Powder2 tsp Oregano
Directions
Mix all spices and store in airtight container. Makes 1 cup of mix which is equivalent to 8 store bought packets.

Brown 1lb of ground beef. Drain excess fat. Add 2 Tbsp of mix and 3/4 cup of water, bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.

**We leave out the curry powder simply because I've never needed it for anything else, so I never bought it.**
