Ingredients
2 Tablespoons of Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa Mix1 medium to large banana (sliced)1 cup of Skim Milk1 Tablespoon of Smooth Style Peanut Butter5-6 Cubes of Ice
Directions
Just put all ingredients in the Blender and blend until smooth. Measure out half for a snack or drink all of it for an under 500 calorie meal! :D

    I don't keep hot cocoa mix at home, so I just used cocoa and a bit of sugar or honey. The banana is really enough sweetener, though. Anyway, this is one of my favorite afternoon snacks! - 9/11/14
