Creole chicken and dirty rice

Ingredients
1/2 onion1 garlic clove1 bay leave1/2 tsp hot paprika1/4 tsp cayenne1/4 tsp cracked black pepper1/2 green pepper1 1/2 trimmed sticks of celery50g okra1 can tomatoes300g chicken breast filletsdirty rice:170g long grain rice200g lean por fillet1/2 green pepper1/2 onion1/2 trimmed stick of celery1/2 tsp hot paprika1/4 tsp mustard powderpinch of cuminpinch of thymepinch oregano300ml chicken stock
Directions
Creole:
Fry oninon, garlic, bay leave and spices till smooth. Add peppers, celery and okra; cook till tender. Add undrained tomatoes, boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutos.
Add chicken to veg mix and cook for another 15 minutos. Serve with the dirty rice.

Dirty rice:
Fry pork with pepper, onion, celery, spices. Add stock, reduce heat, simmer for 15 minutos.
