Picnic Brown RIce Salad

Ingredients
4 cups cooked brown rice1 2.5-ounce can sliced black olives6 scallions, sliced thin, including 3" of green stem1 cup cooked green peas2 large tomatoes or 8 cherry tomatoes, chopped1/4 cup shredded basil leaves1/3 cup salted, shelled sunflower seeds4 Tbsp olive oil1-1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegarsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Combine rice, olives, vegetables, basil, seeds. Whisk together oil, vinegar, salt & pepper. Add to rice mixture and toss.
