Baked Banana Blueberry Oatmeal

Ingredients
3 bananas2 cups rolled oats1 egg1.5 cups skim milk.5 pint blueberries.25 cups pecan1 tsp vanilla1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Mix oats, baking powder, and salt. Add in milk, eggs, and 1 mashed banana. Add blueberries. Slice remaining bananas and layer with the oatmeal mixture in a square pan. Top with a layer of bananas and pecans. Bake for 26 minutes at 375*. Top with pecans and brown sugar and bake an additional 3 minutes. Serves 4
