Orange curry chicken salad

Ingredients
1 cup of fat free plain yogurt1/2 cup of almond milkThe zest of 1 orangecurry powder to tasteminced garlic to taste1/4 cup of diced onions1/4 cup of diced radishes2 cups of steamed cauliflower1 cup of steamed broccoli2 seasoned & grilled chicken breast
Directions
Make the dressing by:
Mix yogurt, garlic, milk, orange zest and add curry to taste.
Steam the cauliflower/broccoli until just tender. Drain water and add to yogurt dressing. Add curry seasoning to chicken breasts prior to grilling and dice into bite sized pieces in order to add to salad mixture. This turns out best if chilled 4-5 hours after making it.
