Sauteed Zuchinni

Ingredients
Fresh Zuchinni (1-medium)Butter (1 Tbsp)Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Directions
* Heat skillet on medium heat
* Slice zuchinni however you like (lengh or width-wise)
* Melt butter in heated skillet
* Add zucchini to skillet and stir well to coat with butter
* Cover to cook for five minutes if you like it soft, leave uncovered and cook for about 10 minutes if you like it with a little crunchy coating on the outside
